Do you have a minimum order?

Minimum order quantity for airless bottles, lotion bottles and acrylic jars is 5,000 units. Minimum order quantity for PET bottles, plastic tubes and plastic jars is 10,000 units. Minimum order quantity for lipgloss containers and mascara contaimers is 20,000 units.

All of our items are shown online. Sorry, we do not have a print catalog. You can view any product page and click at the next page button at the bottom. You will be taken through our entire catalog in a circle until you return to the page you started at.

What are your quantity discounts?

Discounts are available on all items based on the quantity ordered. Most items have price breaks at case quantity, 5000+, 10000+ and higher quantities. Please E-mail us your quotation request including the item number and Quantity required, We would be happy to customize a quote for you.

Orders ship within 20-25 days after order. Time in transit for sea depending on where you are located.

Most orders are shipped by sea. Please let us know if you want to ship your order by air or express.

On the day your order is shipped you will be sent an email with your tracking information. Orders shipped via sea or air can be tracked here by web or phone.

We only accept T/T, 50% deposit with order, balance before shipment. Your order will be shipped after the money is received.

You should always test your product with the container you have selected prior to use. We make no guarantee, warranty, or recommendation for any intended use and specifically caution that many products are not compatible with glass, plastic or metal.

What if part of my order is damaged or missing?

Please contact us if any of your order is damaged or missing. Damaged shipments are rare and will be replaced or refunded. You need to buy the insurance for your goods if possible.
